January's Bike of the Month:
Toro's 2006 Triumph Bonneville Black

Although the classic lines and beauty are reminiscent of earlier years. I had a vison of a "Hot-Rod" Bonneville in mind. Here's my take...

From day one the transformation began. The modifications started out rather minor, and then became more extensive...

Some changes worked for me, others didn't...

Over the past year my Bonnie has been out on cool days...

(St. Patty's Day - Raleigh, NC)

Some wet days...

(Deals Gap in May)

Hot days in Pennsylvania...

And on a Heavy Rebel Weekend with Good Friends!

As for the mods, here's a list: Updated head, FCR carbs, Stage 1 cams, Ohlin shocks, Forged aluminium wheels, LSL rearsets, LSL Tacho, LSL framesliders, LSL headlamp ears, powdercoated headlamp bucket (as well as many other pieces), relocated signals and ignition, eliminated fenders, Galpin rotor, Hyde M Bars, billetted manifolds, ceramic coated headers and Predator slip ons, and custom downtube oil coolers to name a few. I'm almost sure I've missed something, besides $$$.

As for this year, I have a few projects in the works. You guys will have to just wait and see what I've got up my sleeves!
